Thermal Imager with Super-Telephoto Lens – testo 885

Description

The testo 885 thermal imager with super-telephoto lens enables Testo to offer an instrument which is suitable for carrying out thermography over long distances. The super-telephoto lens makes it feasible to accurately record distant measurement objects. The thermal imager is therefore particularly suitable for:
Inspecting high-voltage lines (even the smallest connections can be checked from a great distance)
Locating hotspots in solar parks (e.g. to detect defective cells)
Detecting irregularities in large industrial plants (e.g. refineries)
Discover all the technical features of the testo 885 thermal imager with super-telephoto lens testo 885 thermal imager:
Detector size 320 x 240 pixels: with 76,800 temperature measuring points, measurement objects are photographed extremely clearly and accurately, in outstanding image quality
SuperResolution Technology to 640 x 480 pixels: this feature takes the image quality to the next level – making the resolution of the thermal images four times higher
Integrated digital camera with power LEDs: ideal for assigning thermographic images to real images and thus for creating perfect documentation for customers
User-friendly operation: ergonomic rotating handle and rotatable, fold-out display
You can also choose to save thermal images as JPEGs
Panorama image assistant: in the case of large measurement objects, the panorama image assistant enables analysis and documentation of the measurement with an overall image compiled from multiple individual images. So there is no need to manage, view and compare a large number of images, which can be laborious. It enables images of entire building shells SiteRecognition technology: for recurrent thermal imaging of similar measurement objects, SiteRecognition technology offers immediate measuring location identification, as well as automatic assignment and archiving of thermal images Process analysis package (optional): the combination of fully radiometric video and sequence capturing in the camera enables wireless measurement and easier handling at the measuring location
FeverDetection (optional): use the assistant to check people for high body temperature in public places and in means of transport – for public health protection
Lens exchange possible (e.g. to use optionally available additional lenses)
Voice recording with headset
Auto-focus for one-handed operation and to prevent blurred images
Professional software testo IRSoft: allows the thermographic images to be analyzed on the PC 5° x 3.7° super-telephoto lens:
Compatible super-telephoto lens for the testo 885 thermal imager
Small field of view (5° x 3.7°) for maximum resolution of particularly distant objects Easy to handle: no additional lens holder needed

Thermal Imager with Digital Camera – testo 875i

Description

We developed the testo 875-2i thermal imager with built-in digital camera to make your work in industrial and building thermography even easier, quicker and more efficient!

You can carry out completely non-destructive tests on materials and components in industrial thermography with the testo 875-2i. This high temperature thermal imager gives an option to extend the measuring range from +350 °C to +550 °C. Using the built-in digital camera, you can create a real image in parallel to the thermal image. So as to make the documentation and assignment of real and thermal images even easier for you, the testo 875-2i thermal imager is also equipped with voice recording. This means you can save comments to go with your images using the headset.

The testo 875-2i thermal imager’s technical features
The testo 875-2i thermal imager is not only characterised by its intuitive operation. It also simplifies professional industrial and building thermography and has the following impressive features:
– Built-in digital camera with power LEDs: Recording real images in parallel to each infrared image makes documentation and assignment easier. The built-in power LEDs guarantee optimum illumination of dark areas
– Voice recording included: You can save comments to go with your images using the headset
– Resolution and image quality: Detector size 160 × 120 pixels = 19,200 temperature measuring points
– *SuperResolution Technology (optional) enables you to take image quality right up to the next level of 320 × 240 pixels in next to no time. Four times as many readings and a geometric resolution that has been improved by a factor of 1.6 mean you get even more detail and even greater reliability with thermographic measurements
– Thermal sensitivity < 50 mK: Thanks to a temperature resolution of < 50 mK, even the smallest temperature differences can be seen - High-quality 32° × 23° lens: The lens with its manual focusing enables a wide field of view and an ideal overview of the temperature distribution, along with precise focusing on the object being measured - 9° × 7° telephoto lens: Record very distant objects precisely with the exchangeable 9° × 7° telephoto lens (optional) - Automatic hot/cold spot detection: Critical temperature conditions are directly displayed during thermography - Special measuring mode for detecting areas with a risk of mould for building thermography: The dew point in the room is calculated by manual entry of the ambient temperature and humidity. The surface temperature value measured by the infrared camera is then compared to the dew point. The display now shows the risk of mould in traffic light colours (red, yellow and green). It is easier with the radio humidity probe: Automatic transmission of readings means that manual input of humidity and ambient temperature is no longer needed - Solar mode: The solar radiation value can be input into the infrared camera and stored with each infrared image - Pro software for image evaluation on the PC included. You can also choose to save the infrared images as JPEGs. - Standard measuring range from -30 to +350 °C. The high temperature option enables flexible extension of the measuring range for industrial thermography up to +550 °C

Detect leaks, identify overheated connections, pinpoint thermal bridges or detect structural defects. The testo 865 thermal imager is ideal for applications in daily maintenance and installation work in trade and industry. It enables time-saving quality assurance and ensures reliable production control.

Technical highlights of the testo 865 thermal imager
The testo 865 thermal imager stands out thanks to its easy operation and has the following impressive technical features:

Very good image quality due to high resolution: 19,200 temperature measuring points ensure precise thermography. Infrared resolution of 160 x 120 pixels – via integrated SuperResolution Technology 320 x 240 pixels
Visualize temperature differences from 0.12°C
Critical temperature conditions are directly displayed via automatic hot-cold spot recognition
The IFOV warner means the distance from the measurement object / measurement spot size is determined and the measurement spot is shown on the thermal image – you therefore avoid measurement errors because the camera shows you exactly what you can measure
Pro software for image evaluation on the PC
You can choose to save thermal images as JPEGs

Differential Pressure Transmitter – testo 6381

Description

The differential pressure transmitter testo 6381 was developed specially for monitoring differential pressure in the measuring range from 10 Pa to 1000 hPa. In cleanroom technology, the maintenance of positive pressure prevents the entry of contaminated air. In addition to this, the flow velocity or the volume flow can be calculated from the measurement of the differential pressure in a Pitot tube. Thanks to an optional probe from the probe series 6610, the additional recording of humidity and temperature with one instrument is also possible. The testo 6381 is particularly outstanding thanks to the automatioc zero-point adjustment which ensures high accuracy and long-term stability. The integrated self-monitoring and early warning function also guarantees the operator high system availability.
Measurement of differential pressure, flow velocity, volume flow; optional: humidity and temperature
Automatic zero-point adjustment guarantees high, temperature-independent accuracy and long-term stability. Low measurement range up to 10 Pa ensures very high precision at lowest pressures
Ethernet, relay and analog outputs allow optimum integration into individual automation systems
The P2A software for parameterization, adjustment and analysis saves time and costs in commissioning and maintenance. Configurable alarm management with adjustable response delay and alarm acknowledgement

USPs

• Automatic zero-point adjustment guarantees high temperature-independent accuracy and long-term stability
• Low measuring range from 10 Pa ensures very high precision at the lowest pressures
• Pressure transmitter for differential pressure, flow velocity and volume flow, as an option: humidity and temperature
• Configurable alarm management with adjustable response delay and alarm acknowledgement

Delivery Scope

testo 6381 differential pressure transmitter with flow calculation, optional humidity/temperature, selectable measuring range between 10 Pa and 1,000 hPa, selectable signal outputs and optional display (depending on the configuration).
